Opening ceremony of the fifth batch (2018-19 Admission) of B. Arch is scheduled on 1st August 2018, 11:00 AM at SCMS School of Architecture, Karukutty.

Students and Parents are requested to report at 10:30 AM.

Enrollment of Students got admission in Management Quota will be conducted on the same day. The schedule of Enrolment of students are being advised individually.

Please refer the document given below for the details of enrollment. All the documents mentioned are to be brought in originals and fees to be paid as per instructions given . Cash payments are NOT accepted .

(C) Hostel Accommodation (Available for Boys & Girls)

Those require hostel accommodation has to fill up the application form and remit the following fees.

  • Hostel caution deposit (refundable) – Rs. 5000/-
  • Advance Hostel Rent for six months – Rs. 2000/- per month
  • One month advance towards mess fee – Rs. 3600/-

Total – Rs. 20,600/-


(D) Transportation

Those requiring transport facility by the college bus have to fill up the form and remit the fees of six months. Transport facility will be available from Vytila, Thripunithura, (Seaport airport road), Thoppumpady, Valanjambalam, GCDA, Palarivattom, Perumbavoor, Paravur, Kodungallor and Thrissur to College and back.


(E) Uniform

Uniform will be displayed and available in the campus store at the time of admission.

Boys: Beige colour full sleeve shirt with Chinese collar, single pocket (tucked in) and corporate blue colour pants, black belt, Black Shoes (Canvas shoes are not allowed). Socks: black or same colour of the pant. Jeans, Low waist pants and short shirts are not allowed.

Girls: Salwar Kameez- Beige color top with three-fourth sleeve, knee length and corporate blue color salwar- corporate blue colour sleeveless Chinese collar overcoat with same colour button.

W/S & Lab: Corporate Blue pants, Navy blue shirts with black shoes and black belts (For Boys and Girls)


Mode of fee collection and refund to students who are admitted under Government Allotment

Students can pay the fees using any of the following options at the time of joining B. Arch through Government Allotment.

By Demand Draft in the name of “SCMS SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE” payable at Kalamassery/ Ernakulam

NATA training camp at SCMS

SCMS School of Architecture is conducting a three-day free training program titled “Hands On”  for the students preparing for  National Aptitude Test  (NATA). The program will be conducted at SCMS Kalamassery campus from April 9th to April 11th from 9AM till 4PM. Participants should come with the NATA  Registration documents.  Students can register for the camp at . before April 6th.

Applications Invited for B.Arch 2018 Admissions !

Applications are invited for admissions to B.Arch 2018-19
B.ARCH – 80 Seats
Selection to B.Arch programme is based purely on merit. Selection will be done from the merit list prepared by SSA giving due weightage to the marks obtained in plus two and the NATA score. Admission will be offered to candidates in the order of merit as appearing in the rank list. Merit is the only criterion for selection.
In order to become eligible for admission to B.Arch degree programme at SSA, a candidate should have:
i. 50% marks in the aggregate at the 10+2 examination with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics, and a minimum of 50% separately for Maths in the qualifying examination.
ii. A valid score of 70/200 in the NATA.
NRI candidates too have to fulfill the minimum eligibility conditions of the Council of Architecture

Here also, merit is the basic criterion for admission
